Citrus sour cherry is extracted from the sour cherries of the Chios Plain. Along with the smell of icy chewy vanilla in the glass, the famous "submarine" is the most characteristic memory of childhood.

RECIPE OF TRADITIONAL Sour cherries:

One part of the juice is diluted with four parts of ice water to give us the right percentage of our favorite traditional sour cherry.

Extra tip: In Chios it was the treat of the summer weggera. Today, the most delicious sweet cocktails contain sour cherries. It also has a great impact as an ingredient in cocktails and granitas!
