Rakomelo based on the traditional Amorgian recipe! It is prepared from the famous roasted raki of Amorgos, a result of the Cretan origin of the locals. So this baked raki, which is a world innovation of the Cycladic island of Amorgos, is sweetly mixed with genuine honey and baked with cardamom and clove. It is exactly these traditional herbs of Amorgos that give the last aromatic touch to the incredible feeling that the Amorgian rakomelo leaves on the tongue.
Its alcohol content reaches 25% and only higher quality raw materials are used such as Cretan grapes or marc, Macedonian honey and herbs of the Small Cyclades.
