When the lights came on for the Citrus company, its vision and philosophy gained interest from the first moment. Having as a fortress a unique mansion of 1742, in the plain of Chios, the foundations of the future were laid. The goal was to tie the past to the present. So, the producers flavor the result with the tickling aromas of citrus. After all, for the well-initiated, the island of mastic trees is not only famous for the small, white and irregularly shaped miraculous fruit. Chios is also the huge areas with the orange groves, the muskrat mandarins, even its quinces!
The Citrus company from the first moment that was founded in 2008 in Kampos of Chios, had a basic guide. This was to unite the horizons of the past with the present. It uniquely evolved the traditional flavors, making additions that promise new gastronomic feasts. From this moment until today, it drives the lovers −and non lovers− of the tradition food, crazy in the Greek and the universal market!
