The traditional pasta workshop "I Eftychia" is a family business. It started in 2002 with headquarters in Neo Mylotopos of the Municipality of Pella. Until 2006 their production capacity was 60 kg per day and the facilities did not occupy more than 80 sq.m.
The growing demand for the products pushed the company, in 2006, to relocate. A modern workshop of 450 sq.m. was now a fact! They produce 43 different pasta products. But most of the 1500 kg of their daily production are traditional.

The production of the products is done with semolina, eggs and milk. Since 2009 there is also an International Foods Standard (IFS) certification system.
The business is purely family with respect for tradition and quality.
