HISTORY "FROM GOLD" BEHIND THE PRODUCT
Salt, which along with olive oil claims the title of "gold" of the earth, historically has its roots in its birth, almost synchronized with the birth of the human species. "YOU are the salt of the earth," Jesus said to his disciples . (Matthew 5:13). In Chinese papyrus, in 2700 BC. we find the first recipe for salt while in historical reports we learn that the Egyptians used it as a basic ingredient for embalming the dead.
