By the term bio products we refer essentially to organic farming.
Organic Farming is a cultivation method that minimizes or completely avoids the use of synthetic fertilizers. It also avoids the use of herbicides, plant growth regulators, hormones as well as additives in animal feed.
Organic growers are based on crop rotation (crop rotation), crop residues and set-aside, animal manure (manure). They are also based on mechanical cultivation to maintain soil productivity, enrich it with plant nutrients as well as to control weeds, insects and pests.
Organic Farming is often associated with supporting principles beyond farming, such as Fair Trade and environmental management.
The labeling of organic products is regulated by EU Regulation (EEC) 2092/91, according to which organic products alone are allowed to bear the indication “Organic. In fact, as part of the special terminology: the packaging must say "Organic Agriculture Product". If the production has taken place during the first two years of organic cultivation of the estate, it states "Product of Organic Agriculture in Transitional Stage".

Today, organic products can guarantee authentic good taste and excellent quality. In this way they satisfy the person who wants to eat healthy and now more and more people choose them.

  The reasons are clear:

  • They ensure a better quality of life. The absence of pesticides and fertilizers are a guarantee for the purity of the crops.
  • The cleanliness certificates they carry are audited by competent auditing bodies.
  • They do not have discounts on their taste, aroma and nutrients.
  • They appreciate the love for the environment and return it, protecting it.
