Use:

Creating a Zest Tea: Place the pyramid with the tea of your choice inside the cup. Pour 250ml of freshly boiled water into the mug. We allow our herbal or fruit tea to extract for 5 to 10 minutes depending on what we have chosen. To maximize the effect, we cover our container with a cup for as long as the extraction lasts.

Creating a Cold Drink: We place the pyramid with the tea of our choice inside the mug. Pour 250ml of freshly boiled water into the mug. We allow our herbal or fruit tea to brew for 10-15 minutes covered with a cup for a more intense taste. Then place the drink in the refrigerator, where it can be kept for at least 2 days, or add ice for immediate consumption.
