The sun-dried tomatoes of Greece, famous for their taste, come to us from the wider area of Nestos. They are strictly selected to be well-shaped (pear-shaped) and full of flesh, suitable for drying. Their humidity is 25% – 30% while they are completely natural with the only added salt and in fact in a low percentage <5%.
They are produced from 100% Greek tomatoes using geothermal energy (98.5%). The wonderful power of geothermal energy, emerges from the earth and becomes the driving force for their dehydration, while preserving all their nutrients, along with their aroma and color.
